I was told that I could make you aware of the recent experience that my wife, daughter and I had at Saratoga Nissan. Over the past 10 days, my wife and I have been to your Dealership several times trying to purchase/lease a Murano for our daughter. We are from Troy and have visited all area Nissan Dealerships in the past couple of weeks to try to get her the best deal possible . It is not ideal to buy a car in Saratoga, but I was intrigued with your ad in the Albany Times Union and thought we would give you a try.

Upon arrival, we first were introduced to Mr.Jim Callendar who professionally reviewed the Murano with us. Jim was very understanding of our circumstances and assured us that we could work out any details. Jim introduced us to Mr. Joe DiCarmine, who also assured us that we could overcome the obstacles presented to us.  They innovatively came up with ideas and suggestions to assist us so we could close a deal within a time frame of 4 days to capture Nissan incentives.. The problem with this entire process was that due to her schedule demands, my daughter was unable to be involved in coming to the showroom.

From giving us the Murano to test drive, giving us a square deal and coordinating all aspects of delivery, you should be proud of the employees of Saratoga Nissan. From the Receptionist to the Parts Department Clerk, everyone seems to be extremely nice. You have a very friendly,home like environment, one that makes the consumer feel very comfortable. This is why we chose your Dealership for this purchase.

We cannot be complimentary of Jim Callender. He was truly the difference in the process. From the 10 phone call and the 100 questions to the time Jim spent going over the Murano with our daughter, he was exemplory and unbelievable.

As a consumer who has been involved in the purchase of many vehicles in my lifetime, I can state that Jim Callender is a true professional who is gifted at what he does and how he goes about doing it. We do not remember this degree of service, above and beyond, and professionalism in any of our past purchases.

In a time where all you hear is the bad, I thought it would be nice to hear some good. In this experience of purchasing the Murano at Saratoga Nissan, there was plenty of good. This is a testament to a good Dealership who employs good people.

This is our daughters first car.
